Executive Overview

Zain Kazi is a Special Counsel at AX Law, where he focuses on corporate transactions across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining AX Law, he worked with a leading international law firm (Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer), a major Australian investment fund, and was a partner in a boutique law firm across Melbourne and Sydney.

Zain has also worked in-house for a range of corporate clients, including a pension fund and an ASX-listed mining and materials company, advising on major capital raising and corporate restructuring transactions. This breadth of experience across private practice, in-house, and investment fund environments gives him a uniquely practical and commercial perspective.

He is known for providing commercially focused, solution-driven advice and enjoys strong relationships with his clients.
